4. PROPERTY RIGHTS IN SOFTWARE. Customer acknowledges that Licensor owns all rights including, without limitation, copyrights, in the Software and Documentation and that the Software and Documentation are copyrighted property and contain trade secrets and proprietary data. Customer shall not in any way disclose the contents of any part of the Software or Documentation to any person or entity (except to the extent that disclosure to customer's employees is necessary to use the Software). Customer acknowledges that it is obtaining no title to or ownership of the Software or Documentation.
Software and Documentation are furnished to the U.S. Government with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subdivision (c) (1) (ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013.
